I can’t say enough about these fermented dressings, they are absolutely delicious. The flavors are bright, tangy, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of richness. You can really taste the quality ingredients, and the fermentation adds a depth and complexity that sets it apart from ordinary dressings. They are fantastic on salads and even worked well as a dip and marinade. The dips are also delicious. I am not a big on trying new things and when I see "Fermented" I'm like no thank you. BUT OH MY WORD!!! These two dips were gone within hours, not days, of buying them. They were eaten with chips, as a spread on Fish Tacos, and just with a spoon. You can taste each ingredient but they all blend so well with each other. It's a fresh creamy taste, no sourness or strong fermented taste. HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying them out!!!

I still haven’t received it and the last time I ordered the ice pack was warm. The dressing is great but the shipping part needs improvement.
